Ours is a very old house so the walls are not in the best of condition for painting :( It would mean stripping it all back to the brickwork and replastering......and I don't think I could stand all that mess :roll:

My hubby is a plasterer, so I have a little advantage there. But I agree, there can be a lot of mess :?

I bet he is in demand then. It took Azz ages to find a plasterer when he was renovating his house.

Yes he has more work than he can cope with at the moment.

He has been known to when he contracts out, but since there is so much work in Yorkshire at the moment, probably not :?
