I am back in agony, was sitting and turned round must have pulled something in my back, I can't bend down, and trying to get up frm sitting is bloomin sore... managed to drive home, but had to be pulled out the car.....hopfully it will be better by the morning.spent the entire evening sitting watching.

Ooooo Moli, that's nasty.....I hope you haven't done anything serious to it. Have you got any cream you can rub in? If not...a hot water bottle in your back and a couple of painkillers may help.

Taking sme painkillers, did this years ago it took a month to get better!!That will teach me not to act like a kid!!!son will have to walk mollie tomorrow....

I have a deep heat spray I will use tonight..it smells awful, but does work..Hubby's reaction "You have to expect thing like this at your age"!!!I wouldn't mind but he is a bit older than me..cheek!!!

The trouble with back pain is that it doesn't go away very quick so you'll have to be very careful what you do for the next couple of days...
