Central heating is knackered so am having to sort that out and just really busy

Sorry to hear about your central heating, that's such a pain. Hope it gets sorted soon.

That happened to me in my last house the boiler blew up I had to replace it cost £1500!

We had to buy six rads and a boiler and that cost about £1000 and then pay someone £600 to install and about £300 for pipes n parts etc and thas only half th ehouse lol but cheaper than the £2800 we were getting quoted!

We've had a tiny bit of snow but I've convinced hubby we gotta buy a nice little woodburner to go in the livingroom now :lol:

Woodburners are soooo great. They heat the whole house so well and it's cheaper than gas :lol:

Still no heating but I've become aclimatised now to the cold lol
