How do you defrost your freezer?
Do you chip away at the ice (which takes me ages  ) or does anyone use a spray on theirs?

I stick a cup of hot water in it and let the steam defrost the ice then chip away at it.

I never do anything the easy way

I only mentioned it because we had one of those 'Healthy Living' booklets through the door and they were selling the spray bottles and I wondered if anyone had used it as I've never seen it for sale in the shops.

Abbi

My OH makes it a bit easier for me as he says not to cook special food just for him as he'll get himself something. I always make sure he has a proper meal tho!!
