morning all.
Nice and sunny here , hope it is where you are to.
Woke up feeling quite rough again today, my throat feels a bit better but i had a splitting headach and felt quite naseous.
It was all i could do to walk the dogs, still the hero that i am battled on,lol.
Feeling a bit better now and got some jobs to do.

Have some news just got an email from the rescue to be told Bella is in the 2014 calendar not sure what sort of "picture " but obviously ordered one so watch this space.

Hi all, today has flown by.
Did a bit of running around this morning whilst Ceri was off with his mate. Then this afternoon my mother an I went to see the film, Philomena, starring Judi Dench & Steve Coogan. Quite a thought provoking film, and stunningly acted.

Have a good shift tonight Kazz hope your knee is bearing up. Sounds like you have a nasty germ there Shelley, take care of that throat, try some locally made honey. I read somewhere that if the honey is from your local area your immune system responds faster to it.
