Sorry to hear about your bad day Pamela. I've got a rubbish cold and my right ear is blocked up and causing a bit of pain ...... other than that, I'll do!

One thing that has cheered me up though is the fact that it is burns day here which always brings the image of the wee haggi' running about the fields and the hills :)
and of course been looking forward to the quiz tonight aswell :)

im ok thanks angie, got a touch of the cold myself. back to work today, my back was a bit sore in the morning but eased up a wee bit. hope your ear stops hurting, nothing worse

It is good for indigestion - I sometimes chew a few seeds straight from the plant in the Autumn. But I do like the flavour.
