a wee bit better thanks angie. is a bit sore now since i was out walking but i need to be doing it so its not a shock to my system when im back at work spending 9 hours on my feet!

that must be so sore, i made mine sore when i was cleaning out my car at the weekend but nothing like yours and that hurts :(

:( its very rubbish! i feel rotten about being off work and the girls being under extra pressure but a lot of people have told me not to go back if its not near right!
