I had a terrible time trying to get a pic of this. It was in a dark room so you could see it illuminated, but I don't know how to disable the flash, which of course went off and ruined the effect. I was able to darken it enough in iPhoto so you can get an idea of what it looks line. Very cute!

That is very cute Eileen! Glad you managed to get it to charge - outside in the end?

No, the inside charge was working. I took CM's advice and found it had an On/Off switch underneath (never occurred to me, I'm embarrassed to say. . Good charge too, I put it on at 12:30 last night when I went to bed and it was still glowing away at 8 am when I got up. It would make a delightful night light for a child.

That's great! Perhaps it would be better to say " a great night light for the child in all of us!" :D

It is lovely DM. Pleased you got it working. It would have been such a disappointment if it had been faulty.

Not this particular one, they don't ship overseas, but as I recall several of you posted links to very similar ones; am just about to log off for dinner but will do a search of the threads afterwards and see if I can find the thread.
