Just thought you'd like to see a recent photo of Merlin taken yesterday. I had a saucer of tuna in my hand and this was the only shot that wasn't blurred!

He sends thanks to all his favourite aunties who are such kind friends to him and his mum!

I know it's a funny angle - really the rest of him is there too and yes, he did get all the tuna!

That's such a wonderful pic, he looks so eager and optimistic! Not even pleading, just "oh yes, it's tuna time!"

I opened up a can of tuna for the first time ever since getting my boys (I rarely eat it) and didn't expect the reaction I got. Minsky and Darcy came speeding through from the living room the moment I opened it and began to scratch at the sides of the cupboards and purr really loudly and chirrup asking for some. I've never seen them react like that for any food before, even their favourite Sheba cat food. They must have smelt it a mile off

Did Uncle Merlin get any tuna in the end, for being such a patient and polite boy?

There really must be something in the aroma of a freshly opened tin of tuna! Merlin always gets some! Dolphin friendly, naturally.

Awww Melin is such a handsome boy! Beauty says she'll happily share her tuna with Merlin (I've just given her a bit - more than she should have but she deserves it!)

With the new ring pulls I don't often use the can opener but whenever I do I always get Smudge charging into the kitchen. I have to PROVE to her sometimes that it is a tin of tomoatoes or soup and not tuna! She then complains loudly. Of course if it is tuna she has to perform quality control for me.

Had to laugh at that, Cats' Staff! I have a hazmat inspector who checks all packages very carefully for me.....:-D
