We has a lovely day out in Weston today and whilst there we saw an exhibition of sand scupltures on the beach depicting continents around the world. It was quite amazing and started with the suitcases for each continent on the carousel......

Wow - it's amazing isn't it!?!?! Fantastic detail :)

I actually saw them talking to one of the sculptors on the news earlier - very interesting.

That is unbelievable, I'm in awe!! How do they do that? :shock: The detail is incredibly realistic. And it will all be washed away when it rains?

That is unbelievable, I'm in awe!! How do they do that? :shock: The detail is incredibly realistic. And it will all be washed away when it rains?I wondered about that too Eileen but the sculptures are sealed in a strong lacquer when they are finished so they are protected from the elements.:D

The sculptors are from all over the world Yola, Ireland, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, USA ...........

There are some very talented people in the world! :D
