Have you made any for 2008?

Can you share them with us?

How long can you usually keep them for?

Same here; never make them! One of the TV stations here did a poll on this subject: as of this morning 85% of people don't...

The only one I've ever kept was last year's ( I can't remember exactly when I made it, sometime between Christmas and New Year I think) that makes it 12 months since I last smoked! It wasn't a big thing as I only smoked between 2 and 5 a day max. This time round I really ought to address the weight problem!

Same here, we do think about then and discuss them, but they never come to anything.
Wonder if they are a bit outdated now ?

I always say I'll go on a diet on the 1st Jan but......................... there are too many goodies still left in the house from Christmas and it'll be a shame to waste them!! :-D
