My back is killing me. Dont know what i have done just woke up and it was painfull and stiff.:?

Elaine I can sympathise with you on that one. Try hot cold compresses. One with ice in it and one with say a hot water bottle.
That's what the physio used to do with me. Good luck.

Take a couple of Ibuprofen Elaine, that should help. Hope it improves soon..

Ofcourse it hasnt been helped that we had a delivery today and i had 18 fish tanks to clean:(

How are you feeling now?..Edit to add, I thought this was maybe posted this morning, having just looked at the OP the thread is only an hour old...... so forget the how are you feeling bit, I kind of know the answer to that......silly me....hope you are feeling better soon. :)

I'm ok, just need to get up and walk around from time to time other wise i stiffen up.

OMG, deepest sympathy! I have the family "bad back" just like my Dad; lift something heavy the least bit wrong and out it goes! I've found that a heating pad and Aleve work best for me. Or some of that awful-smelling linament, can't think of the name of it. The people at work used to call it horse linament when I went in smelling of it! Take it very easy!

I also have a massage pillow, so may try that soon to see if it will help.

Elaine, I'm having an evil thought here.....as this is a work-related injury, could you not have a nasty relapse of severe back pain and call in sick the weekend of the Supreme ....??????
