That's how it feels Charlie. They should have been called Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum:lol:

Well the shower room is nearly done. All nests cleared and ants killed.
Just the kitchen now. If I say it quickly it doesn't sound much. Derek is confident he can do it himself but we are looking to move. Within the next couple of years anyway.

So am I Charlie. They were really getting me down. We just have to replace all the plaster and skirting boards. Obviously We means HE.

Were thinking about renting this palce out and buying another.

That sounds like a plan, Jac.

As long as the rental income covers any mortgage you have....you'll be laughing

I rented a house out before and it worked out quite well. However, I did have problems with tenants paying the rent late and then one lot of tenants just disappeared into the night leaving the house full of rubbish and me with a mortgage to pay on it! Fortunately I had their deposit, which I kept and used.

It's not all plain sailing - you have to remember the cost of maintenance too.........if there is a leak or the boiler breaks or something :(

But it can work out wonderfully!!!!!!!! :)

Yeh were weighting up the pro's and con's at the moment Charlie.
We were thinking about leasing it through an agency. We really have to look into it a bit more first.
If we keep this place even a year we should make quite a nice profit on it.
Even just putting in the fitted kitchen has put the price up.

Good luck with whatever you do. It's great that you have already made money on it too!!! ;)

They're both obviously sweet-natured well socialized kittens and have definitely bonded! I'm so glad you got Abi !!!!
