PLEASE PLEASE HELP BY FORWARDING THIS MESSAGE
As some of you know Damian (my cat) has gone missing, I have had him 14 years and I'm very very attached to him.
In theory if everyone forwards this email to all on their contact list, even to people whom don't live in the area and may not seem relevant,
then they in turn forward it, businesses, residents etc etc will all eventually receive the notification.
Unfortunately i have been advised by someone on Seven Hills Road, Weybridge, that a cat was run over recently but i have no other information-maybe you can help!
If anyone one in the vicinity feels they can help by putting the poster up, i.e in local shops etc, it would be very much appreciated. You can download the attached poster sized A4 which has a picture on. He has managed to get as far as Cobham (over the motorway!!!!) before, also Byfleet, so quite a vast area!
Thank you

Help!..

Missing Black Cat

Have you seen a male Short haired Black Cat, Glazed Blind right eye, aged 14.

He's quite friendly but almost completely blind so freaks out on occasion, he also makes odd noises out his mouth due to being run over when he was a youngster.

Damian has been missing from Brooklands area, Weybridge since 03/12/2006. If you have seen or heard anything about our beloved pet please contact Sarah on

0782 8698754 or email for poster download sazwatson@hotmail.com
couldn't attach picture!

Have you phoned your local council cleansing dept - who are responsible for picking road kills up? I know it's not a pleasant thing to do but they may be able to give you details of any cats picked up in your area :(

Fingers crossed that he comes home safe and sound soon x

Vets and local council. They're the 'last resort' contacts :( However, I really sincerely hope Damian is OK and just locked in somewhere inadvertently.

I know it's a long shot - but I used to visit the business park close to you where Sony etc are. Is it worth speaking to receptionists there to see if they can put the word around? Cats have been known to get into the backs of vans before and end up miles from home. Or maybe in a shed, warehouse etc???

Good luck - you must be going through hell not knowing where he is :(

We went through this several years ago and not knowing is terrible. Ad in the loal paper, posters up, especially public places, doctors surgery, local schools, contacting the council, vets, local animal refuge. I'm sure you have done all of these, but this is what I did. I really do hope & pray he turns up.

I knew you'd be here to post your words of wisdom!

Could you PM Az and ask him to make it a sticky on the Rescue/Lost and Found section? Would help people and would mean you wouldn't have to keep looking out and copying and pasting.
