Astronomical increase in our posts...??

Has anyone noticed that the number of their posts has enormouly increased? Yesterday I had 3,000 or so so posts, today it's 4,400 ...:smt017. Noticed Mags was 29,000 or so, and almost everyones seems to have gone up. Computer glitch? AZ!!!!!

And also, both the Rhyming Game and One Word Game were in excess of 100 pages: they now have reverted to Page one!!! Something is happening here.....very odd.

It's not fair - loads of people's post count has gone up but mine hasn't :(

I have contacted Az about it! ;)

Last night Az restarted a couple of the Word games from scratch and for some reason the post count of those who participated in the games section has increased. As you no doubt know, the Games/Funnies section does not count in your post total.

I'm sure Az will be on shortly to explain/sort it out ......... I certainly don't want to take credit for posts I haven't made.:roll:

I don't think it has affected those who haven't used that section :cool:

Maybe Az decided that storing that number of pages in the games was taking up too much memory?? And maybe the increase in your posts, Alex, and mine and Mags is because we play the word games regularly and maybe they're being counted now? Have to look for a post of Moli's' she plays them quite a bit too.....strange ....:roll:

Az does start the threads again when they get too big, I think this must be about the third time it has been restarted. I don't think posting on these threads will be counted as people will just use it to up their post count. :? It is there just for fun!

And yes, Moli's post is affected too ;)

Ah ha! I was right; it was changing the games that made some of our post counts grow by leaps and bounds! Hope he can fix it; don't want credit for more posts than I'm entitled to; Lord knows I talk enough as it is....:-D !!
