Technological Breakdown!!

I am verging on a breakdown concerning technology, where to start?
The Linksys wireless router thing for the laptop isn't working...laptop can't pick the connection up.
My phone is working to a fashion, but the screen is screwed n its all dotty n dark so i have to guess what i'm doing
My ipod will not pick any songs up off itunes, tried installing the new itunes n now i cant get anything to work!
TV is on the blink..

Thanks Ladies..i had to step away today i was going insane!!
The Ipod i think is beyond repair as i think it is something to do with the actual Ipod, same as the phone..and i give in with everything else for now!
