Moli's hurt herself.....

I noticed Moli has a nasty cut on her back left leg just below her hip bone. She lashed out at me when i went to take a closer look.

She probably fell out the bloomin neighbours tree :roll:

Poor Moli:( I suppose she could have cut it on a branch Nae.....can't think how else she would get a cut that high on her leg:?

That's the only thing i can think of aswell Mags. Maybe the neighbour threw something at her to scare her and in her rush to get out of the tree she lost her footing

I hope it heals up soon with no problems Nae....will she let you bathe it?

noo way, I can't even get my hand anywhere near the spot, she spins round and goes to scram me

Can you tell if it is very deep?

Maybe a trip to the vets to get antibiotic jab Naomi.

Poor girl, I think others are right, if you cant keep it clean and examine her yourself, let the Vet have a look, its really difficult isnt it, when they wont co-operate!

Aww poor Moli, Tabs is like that when she hurts herself. There's been a few times that because of all her fur (she has a super huge arctic style thick coat on her! :shock: ) we haven't seen cuts and scrapes 'till she's battered us up for going to stoke her!

Moli has a very thick coat aswell. I managed a look this morning when she was eating and it's not too deep. She's decided to stay in this morning so will try again later to get it cleaned up properly.

Checked it out. It's hardly a scratch but she did growl at me for touching it
