Help - metal detector

Okay people this shuold test your powers of help my nephew Louis wants a metal detector for his 8th birthday so ome on which shops sell them his birthday is Sunday so internet no good.....I will go and fetch it....so which large or chain of shops would you suggest????????? HELP
