Maybe with links and info about feline diseases, FIV etc.
In a bid to educate the masses :)
Just an idea.

Second that!
"One of the masses" :-)
I rekon we should start writing articles :) we can get an articles section sorted on CP then like we have on Dogweb
..and we could give out rep points for people who write em :)

Excellent idea. I wrote an article about mammary cancer last year that could be used.

All good ideas!
Maybe Smudgley or Yola could cover Cats Protection?
Other people must have knowledge/skills too.
Me - I just know how to cuddle 'em :)
Good idea. How about an article on older cat care, we need to pool ideas all of you with older cats how about a "mass written article" lots of us have older cats.

I like that idea too Kazz.
sounds great - I would love to read your articles - I'm the same as DM I know how to cuddle them
I think this is a great idea. I think info on the likes of FeLV and FIV would be a good idea.
I knew little of these till my friend in rescue explained them. For example certain associations will PTS a cat with FIV, yet they are homeable as indoor cats and can lead long and happy lives:?
So far all ideas for articles sound good!
Please feel free to begin writing them, and post them in the suggestions section for the time being (as that way no-one else can see them) so people can the see the finished product when it's finally published :)
I'm looking forward to them!
I can certainly cover CP from the 'admin/PR' angle, however Smudgely is perfectly placed to talk about fostering and the trials and tribulations of the 'pointy end' of looking after needy cats.

And what's wrong in a guide to cuddling cats? Get writing! :-)
Don't mind writing about showing Rover for the first time, if that is ok. Not a bit scientific, though might give someone else the confidence to try. :-)
