Rabbit proof fence - did anyone see?

I have just spent the most riveting hour and half watching a true story, did anyone else see it, truely truely heartwarming and such a sad story. The true story of 3 little girls 8,10,14 who walked 1200 or more miles through Australia's desert to get home.

What did anyone else think? Makes you ashamed such things were allowed to happen and right up till 1970
